Getting started

Set up Pulse POS for your restaurant

We work with you to review your requirements, prepare the menu and check how orders reach the kitchen.

  1. Tell us about your location

Share the restaurant name, number of locations, current POS equipment and the ordering channels you use.

  2. Review the menu and equipment

We’ll discuss your items, modifiers, prices, printers and kitchen stations. Hardware and service requirements are agreed for each location.

  3. Check orders and tickets

Review the configured menu and order details, then check which items print at each station. Resolve differences before launch.

  4. Agree on the launch

Confirm the configuration and service arrangements. Delivery-platform connections require separate merchant authorization and any required platform approval.

Delivery-platform setup

Uber Eats integration is available for supported configurations. Grubhub integration is in development, and DoorDash Marketplace production availability is awaiting approval. We’ll confirm the options for your location before changing an existing connection.

DoorDash availability

The DoorDash Marketplace integration is not currently available for production use. This site does not connect or activate a DoorDash store. Contact us for current availability.

What to have ready

  • Your current menu, modifier choices and prices.
  • A list of POS stations, kitchen printers and ordering channels.
  • An authorized merchant contact who can approve the setup.

Please do not send account passwords, API credentials or customer information in your initial inquiry.
