Merchant terms

These terms explain the use of this website and the basis on which Pulse POS Solutions provides merchant services.

Last updated 5 October 2026

Operator and scope

These terms apply to the Pulse POS Solutions website and merchant services. Pulse POS Solutions is based in New York, United States. In these terms, “we” and “us” refer to Pulse POS Solutions, and “merchant” refers to the business using the service through its authorized representatives.

This website provides product, setup and support information. Merchant software and services are provided under the arrangements agreed for each merchant. The written merchant agreement identifies the contracting parties and takes precedence if it conflicts with these general terms.

Service arrangements

Software configuration, hardware requirements, supported connections, fees, payment terms, support coverage, launch timing and cancellation arrangements are agreed directly with the merchant. The website does not offer an online subscription checkout or establish a standard price.

Visiting this website or sending an inquiry does not purchase a service, authorize a charge or activate a delivery-platform connection. Software access is for the agreed locations and authorized users.

Merchant responsibilities

  • Provide accurate menu, modifier, price, tax, location and operating-hours information, and review the configuration before launch.
  • Authorize only appropriate staff to use the POS and keep account and device access secure.
  • Review orders, preparation requests, mapping issues and printer destinations, and follow the agreed operating procedures.
  • Maintain the required equipment and connectivity for the agreed setup and report service issues promptly.
  • Comply with applicable laws and the merchant’s separate agreements with ordering, delivery and payment providers.

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access or provide information you are not authorized to share. Do not send passwords, API credentials or unnecessary customer information in ordinary support email.

Third-party platforms

Uber Eats, Grubhub, DoorDash and other providers operate independently from Pulse POS Solutions. Features and connection availability depend on the merchant’s configuration, its authorization and the platform’s access and approval requirements.

Pulse POS Solutions does not grant platform API access, guarantee approval or replace the platform’s merchant agreement. Platform commissions, payouts, refunds and disputes are governed by the applicable provider’s arrangements. Naming a platform does not imply its endorsement of Pulse POS Solutions.

DoorDash Marketplace integration is not currently available for production use. No real store is connected or activated through this website.

Support and availability

Contact for setup and support. Coverage and any response-time commitments are those agreed with the merchant; this website does not promise round-the-clock support.

Maintenance, equipment or network failures and third-party interruptions can affect availability. No particular business result, uninterrupted operation or delivery-platform approval is guaranteed by this website. This does not reduce any rights or specific commitments in an applicable merchant agreement or under law.

Data and privacy

Our privacy policy explains information handled through the website and service. Merchants remain responsible for their customer notices, authorized staff access and lawful instructions for order processing. Service records may include order information, diagnostic records and backups.

The merchant remains responsible for the accuracy of its menu and operational data. Providing information for configuration does not transfer ownership of the merchant’s own content to us.

Ending service

Contract duration, refunds, suspension, termination and any data-export arrangements are governed by the merchant’s agreement. Contact us before ending or changing a connection so that any agreed transition can be reviewed. Data retention and deletion are handled under the applicable agreement, privacy policy and legal obligations.

Changes and contact

We may update these general terms. The date above identifies the latest version. Changes to a merchant’s agreed commercial arrangements must be handled under that agreement; a website update alone does not establish a new charge.
